Great house, graet location, nice quiet geraway. We did run into a few small issues that were no big deal unfortunately the host was extremely hard to get ahold of. We still had a nice time though.

Cosy & charming weekend house

We enjoyed staying at the house. It's well equipped. The location is perfect. The pool table was a great addition. The beds are comfortable. The check in process was not easy. The alarm touchpad was unresponsive so it took a few minutes to turn off the alarm which was very disturbing for our dog. Some of the kitchen supplies looked dirty. One chair was broken in the dining room and the upstairs toilet was not working properly.

That said, we apologize for the issue you encountered with the alarm touchpad and regret any inconvenience this caused your party. Our local manager assured us that they will let the alarm company and the homeowner know of the issue. Additionally, they will have the chair repaired or replaced and dispatch maintenance to address the toilet. Please know that you could have reported your concerns during your visit as our local team would have been happy to address them. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to host you again.
