On the ground floor, guests are greeted by a spacious hall with a cosy living area, followed by an open-plan living and dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. This floor also features two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Upstairs, the villa offers a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, as well as a comfortable living area with a balcony and sea view, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The upstairs living room includes a sofa bed (suitable for 2 additional guests), a TV and some games for entertainment. There is also a fridge and a convenient kitchenette for added comfort.

The outdoor area is a true invitation to enjoy the sunny days of the Algarve. The heatable pool is surrounded by lounge sofas, creating the perfect space to relax and savour a cocktail at sunset. For al fresco dining, there is a covered barbecue area with a dining table, as well as a convenient poolside bathroom with a shower. The property also has two private parking spaces, ensuring security and convenience for guests.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Changeover day is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season)
