Good little spot by Old Town
Publié le 29 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is a little gem. A little funky, but very clean and well appointed & it worked perfectly for our family set up (2 teens, my husband and I).
Quick walk to Old Town square with lots of fun little shops and some decent restaurants near by. And walking distance to the Museum of Natural History and a wonderful park.
Host was super communicative and check-in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Not what we were expecting
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayFirst impression after seeing bars on all the windows and doors of this apartment complex was not good. The next day we were at Walgreens, a few blocks down from the apartment and witnessed a shoplifting take place. We then followed him back down the street towards our apt. It states the apartment is fully renovated. Not quite fully, the bathtub is old and the brick floor must be original since it is very uneven. There are other reviews that talk about the noise upstairs, and that is an under statement. You can hear Everything that goes on upstairs. From snoring to talking to washing machine running. This takes away from the relaxing atmosphere that earplugs can’t fix. The place was clean and beds were comfortable but would never stay here again. It’s just so dark and depressing to stay there bc of the noise upstairs, old brick floor and bars.

Well, darn it, we tried our best, but there was no pleasing this Karen. Unfortunately, I have no control over the city crime, I feel it’s very unfortunate that somebody would leave me a review based on issues they had with the city. This is a historic building, as you will see many buildings in old town, have bars in the windows that’s just how they were designed. Furthermore this building HAS been renovated, it is historic though so we chose to keep Things like the beautiful brick floors. Most people appreciate the beauty in these. Finally we do state that this is part of an eight so typical apartment noise is to be expected. I’m very happy that she loved the beds, we get many compliments on our mattresses.

Great Location
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat location close to Old Town. Super roomy and clean. Parking is a little tight and if you are downstairs, you can hear a lot of walking around from upstairs neighbors. But totally worth the price.

Review of stay
Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is great because it is right across the street from Old Town Albuquerque. The issues my sister and I had follow. The issues we had were the cleanliness of the shower located in bedroom on the left. The tiles of the back of the shower and the small lower right hand shelf of the bathtub had residue and spots that look light purple in color. We cleaned up the front of the shower but left the back so the owner or the cleaning crew could see it. We did take photos of it if you would like to see them. It can't be any of the shower or shampoo gel from the dispenser as it was not dripping and not the same color as the shower products. Also we washed our own dishes and put them away. When we arrived the dishwasher had dishware in it. The dishwasher still has dishware in it (although they appear clean). We didn't want to move the dishware from the dishwasher. My niece and great niece couldn't stay with us overnight because of the temperature restriction of the cooling unit (it can't be lowered below 70 degrees) during the warmer days so they stayed at the Double Tree Hotel. My niece has a congenital heart condition and with the higher elevation needed a cooler temperature. It would have been helpful to know about the the temperature restriction prior to us renting. Just to note the bed in the other bedroom is higher of the ground than a regular bed. So anyone one in height 5'3'' or shorter so it would be beneficial to have a step stool to get onto the bed.

We take pride is ensuring our home are clean. Our housekeepers are amazing but alas they are human so mistakes will happen, that said we are always willing to jump to fix anything we may have missed! This guest asked to check in early, I explained that the dishwasher was not yet complete but they could check in now or wait till we were finished and they agreed to check in early. The thermostat is available for guest use, we actually just recently replaced the entire AC system, we just ask that guests do not leave below 70 for the entire time. The bed is standard size, it is not any higher off the ground then anything abnormal.

Great stay in Olde Town
Publié le 21 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice property with open design and bedrooms and bathrooms on either end. Easy in and out. Nice, close parking spots. Well- stocked kitchen with teapot, coffee pot, spices, cold water and mints. Beds were firm with 4 pillows each. Very clean!
Clever sports theme decor with tennis, golf, and bikes!🎾⛳🚲We just stayed one night, a stop over on our way to Sedona, so we didn't get to enjoy what Albuquerque had to offer. We would stay again!

Emergency stay
Publié le 26 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThank you to the owner of this property. We had another property booked and they canceled 1 day before our trip so we had to reschedule in a hurry. We were not in this property very much but it was comfortable and clean and well worth the price!
