Nicole left the place a mess. Piles of dishes in the sink sticky stuff on every surface. We had to ask her to leave 30 minutes after check out. Then we discovered feces on the shower curtain and bathroom floor. Then we discovered she didn’t pay her second half of the rent. She ignored several requests for payment. She left me no choice but to take it from her deposit. Worse guest ever. Don’t rent to her!

Posted Apr. 12, 2024 on HomeAwayLoved the house, plenty of room for the family. Enjoyed the backyard, the grill, and amenities such as coffee!! The owners were extremely responsive when I inquired about the use of the grill; they delivered additional fuel so we'd have plenty for our family cookout. I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice home in Albuquerque
Posted Mar. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayVery clean, spacious home. Plenty of towels, paper products, etc. Very well stocked. The kitchen living room area was great for cooking and visiting at the same time. We enjoyed the puzzles. All beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated being able to use the garage. The park around the corner was nice as well.

Family Thanksgiving

Seven of us arrived from four different states and found the house to be situated in a convenient neighborhood. The home was very welcoming. Bedrooms and common areas were comfortable. We shared meals at the large dining table and played board games there as well. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. The hosts were very responsive. I would love to stay again sometime!

Five Star House

Plenty of paper products and bath towels. Great communication with owner Deb. One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed at.

Family Trip
Posted Oct. 10, 2023 on HomeAwayWe appreciated the open floor plan. It allowed all of us to enter act in all activities. Comfortable beds; however, was not sure how they would accommodate 10. After reviewing the floor plan we took a blow up mattress and was glad we did.
The house was clean, great neighborhood, and children enjoyed the park around the corner.
The homeowner was very quick to respond to any questions.
We would definitely recommend the home.
