UNM visit

Nice Place to Stay in Albuquerque
Posted Oct. 6, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay here, great access to Highway 25 and 40, great base place for day trips to Santa Fe, Taos and Jemez Spring. We didn’t cook but appreciated the coffee/coffee maker, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Property was clean and owner friendly! Great little park to walk at nearby and good restaurants in nearby Nob Hill. Comfy bed, could have used more bath towels and please invest in a new sofa and barstools for kitchen. We’d definitely stay with these upgrades!

Very cute, clean, safe & close to UNM
Posted Aug. 24, 2024 on HomeAwayStayed here while dropping my daughter off for her 1st year at UNM and it was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, spacious and close to UNM. It’s in a safe, super cute historic neighborhood with a beautiful park near by to walk in. Took my dog for multiple walks, sometimes at night, and always felt safe. I will definitely be booking again when I visit my daughter!

Location close to university
Posted Aug. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayThe home is not too far from the University which made it perfect for our trip. Bed is comfortable. AC works great! The sofa was not very comfortable but that is really the only negative in this nice little home.

Great place
Posted Jul. 5, 2024 on HomeAwayReally loves this little place so convenient to have a washer and dryer on hand. Very well equipped kitchen nothing you need missing from this place. It’s an easy walk to the hospital or the grocery store and restaurant on Central. This was a fabulous place And an especially good value. The host was very helpful and responsive at all times

To all future guests reading this review, and the part Dan forgot to mention, Dan checked in before the unit was ready which is why the unit was in the state he mentioned in the review. We requested some time for him to get the cleaners in but he refused and canceled the booking.

Nice place
Posted May 20, 2024 on HomeAwayIt was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place.
