Déçu.
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HotelsLa chambre est bruyante, le lit double fait a peine 140 cm, la chasse du wc coule et les tuyauteries font un bruit de siflerie aa repetition toute le 3 minutes c est très difficile de dormir. La salle de bain est vétuste, la peinture du plafond s écaille et la baignoire est sale et usée. La chambre ne ressemble pas du tout aux photos du site. Je suis très déçue.

It was satisfactory. The front desk person was very friendly. The property is a bit old. It needd tp be serioisly updated.

Dated property, but my room was Clean & a good value. Convenient location to restaurants & easy access to Interstate 25. My only Complaint is the $300.00 Room Deposit. That the Nighly Rate is nearly $$400.00 on my Debit Card. No reason excuses this Excessive Fee....Regardless of my home origination location.

In regard to the deposit, it is stated on all of our websites that we do charge a damage deposit for incidentals. I did verify that your deposit was released upon check out, however, the average it normally takes is 3 to 5 business days to see back into your account. We have, in some cases, seen the deposit take up to 7 to 10 business days to go back into some accounts. We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

I booked a smoking room, but there was no ashtray. The sink leaked badly if turned on too fast. The tub was disgusting. The floors were very dirty. There was no ice machine. I should have known I was in a sketchy area when confronted with a sign at check-in that said labor shortages meant rooms would not be cleaned. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

We extend our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused. I have notified maintenance about the sink. We do understand about the tub we are currently in the process of fixing all of our tubs on the property. Also, I'm sorry you were not informed but we have officially been made a non-smoking property so that is why there was no ash tray in the room. The ice machine is on ground floor right off the elevator. We are sorry you felt this was an unsafe area, but I would like to let you know this is actually the safest part of town. Again, we do apologize we did not meet your expectations.
