I had recommended thus hotel for our short stay to see the Balloon festival. My sister and her BF got to the hotel and were told that they room was canceled, they reserved days in advance and had a confirmation #. We had friends coming from Spain and they got to experience that plus upon arrival one of my guests needed to use the restroom and there is no restroom in the lobby. Plus no coffee. .

Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsRooms were filthy!! Rooms had cockroaches and spiders my father in law was bit by one! Lady had to come into 1 of the 2 rooms so she could clean and vacuum because there was crumbs all over the floor and the rooms STUNK they also had what I would assume be sewer water back up into the kitchen sink and splashing at random times of the day and night. Definitely don’t recommend staying here we also were not the only ones who had issues with roaches and spiders as there was someone complaining also!!

I booked a room with two double beds and was given a room with 1 bed just to be told they couldn’t do anything or refund me. Room was terribly dirty and smelled. We had to leave.
