I had recommended thus hotel for our short stay to see the Balloon festival. My sister and her BF got to the hotel and were told that they room was canceled, they reserved days in advance and had a confirmation #. We had friends coming from Spain and they got to experience that plus upon arrival one of my guests needed to use the restroom and there is no restroom in the lobby. Plus no coffee. .

I booked a room with two double beds and was given a room with 1 bed just to be told they couldn’t do anything or refund me. Room was terribly dirty and smelled. We had to leave.

Our room had a horrible smell to it. When speaking to someone at the front desk they said the room was just “bombed” because someone was staying in there long term and they couldn’t get rid of the smell. We were rudely told there wasn’t a single room to move to and we could check out. Horrible experience.

The hotel room wasn't vacuumed and the floor was sticky! I went to the front desk several times and know one was around. Terrible, filthy place!
