Wonderful casita
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location couldn’t be better! It’s centrally located to both the Old Town and downtown Albuquerque, making walking everywhere fun and accessible. The loft casita is located up steep stairs with narrow treads, so I don’t think it would be appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. Parking was not a problem and the general area felt very safe. The property manager is delightful and very accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfection!

Great location, very quick walk to Old Town, which was a very cute little historic town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Short drive to many other wonderful locations. The rental itself was so very clean and comfortable. I absolutely loved to outside areas. We had our own private enclosed back area with plenty of room and seating along with an amazing swing that I just loved. This rental is one flight up so this area was very private. One the ground level there is a beautiful yard also. There was also a hot tub for use but we did not have the time to take advantage of that. Just loved everything about this rental and would definitely stay there again if I ever get back to that area.
I did have one question upon arrival and called Lilly, she answered me immediately. Thank you so much Lilly and David, we loved our stay at your beautiful Casita!

Quiet, clean, central

The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but also within walking distance of Old Town Plaza and the Sawmill district.
We loved staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to again.

Thoughtful touches everywhere….soft sheets on a comfortable mattress, well-appointed small kitchen area with coffee, half & half, and water, and more…., luxury towels and soaps and first aid in the bathroom (along with bathrobes!) a lovely private screened porch with a gorgeous Mountain View over the rooftops, a larger garden patio and hot tub, all spotlessly cleaned and ready to enjoy….not to mention the bicycles….ready to ride along the river trails….to the zoo and botanic gardens…or just a few blocks into the historic plaza!!!! Parking at the house was very convenient….we only needed our car to get to and from the airport…less than 15 minutes away!

Stairs to upper unit is quite steep, so needs to be careful when carrying luggages. Would have been more enjoyable if the weather wasn't so hot.
