The back door to the property was broken and not able to be closed and locked, allowing anyone to enter the premises

A decent motel to stay for a few days or on your way to Colorado or Texas. Hotel is basic, ample parking with bright lights. Bathroom and AC worked fine. Continental breakfast was decent with a pancake machine, bacon & eggs. No OJ though.

Comfy room

I was pleasantly surpried by a motel id never stayed at before. The room was good size and clean and comfortable except the carpet could have used a steam clean. The bed was comfortable. The deposit was steep at $250 and the pet fees were one of the highest ive paid. My room was quiet. The morning breakfadt was good.

Regarding our deposit, we take proper measures to ensure we can replace items stolen or broken. Your reservation only had your credit card on file, no deposit was taken. Our pet fee is also one of the lowest in Albuquerque, but that is also to deep clean rooms occupied by pets as we shampoo our carpets, but at times the stains do not come out. We thank you for your feedback.
