Great property

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms and property were clean. Breakfast was great. Area around it was ok.

There's outside of the hotel fence was littered with trash and homeless kids and people. If I wasn't a firearm Carrier I would never walk outside the hotel fence line

I apologize for the area of the hotel. Albuquerque is another city that is being hit with homeless, however our hotel is very clean, comfortable and we do our best to make our guests feel comfortable.

There was a lot of homeless in the area, The hotel was secured?

We are aware of the homeless in the area. We are currently working with our local authorities and shelters to help with the issue. Unfortunately, Albuquerque is another city that is having issues with this. We do make sure our hotel is safe and secure, clean and our team is great.

Hotel was great-staff and cleanliness. Surrounding are within several blocks was sketchy.

Pulled on the streetcto a dozen homeless people. Several cops hot rodding up and down the street with inder covers. 3 hotels in that cul de sac were definitely not for sleeping. The employees were dressed for bed. Not professional. The main door to our room had a huge gap. Code violation. 6 hrs to sleep or id have left

I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. I am new to this property and have noticed some of the issues you mentioned. I know the homeless issues are bad throughout the entire city. I am also in the process of supplying uniforms to the entire team. This is another project that can't be completed overnight yet it is in the works.

I did not like that the window drapes did not work. Hallways were very dated. The vicinity parking area and dog facilities were very poor.
