Not up to the usual standards of the chain
Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsNice location and good looking interiors but leaving us with no coffee one morning was tough! No one to bring pods and cups either. The breakfast buffet was lacking fresh fruit and good breads, it was very basic.

No night service

am due to flight delays. No one attending the front desk. Called and banged on the door. After about 30 minutes the night shift person opened the door.

Not Accessible-Friendly
Posted Aug. 4, 2024 on HotelsIt was extremely frustrating for my mom, who is 82 years old and needs accessibility features, to find that the room was about as far from the elevator as you could get. It made it extremely difficult for her.
When leaving, we needed to wait about an hour for a cart to become available to move stuff down. They only have two carts for the entire hotel. One of them was not to be seen for that entire hour.

The room was perfect to relax in. Most of our time was out side and so we just came to sleep in the rooms.
Just one concern was that the wheelchair accessible room was on the 4th floor which did not make any sense because in an emergency the elevators don’t work! We did have the fire alarm go off however it was a false one, thankfully.
