Disappointed
Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsReception Agent was there because she had the job. I own several hotels and training is most important to assure that the staff welcomes guests in a helping mode. There was no training evident. My overall impression was that Hilton did a fine jpb of designing the hotel, but the person in charge of service did not care about how they serviced guests.
