Super high end luxury hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The roof bar is amazing. The room is fantastic.

Staff was incredibly nice but the place just doesn’t function well. Guidance and direction from staff, though courteous, was often inconsistent or incorrect. For example, yes, there’s pool service - but there wasn’t. This happened so frequently that we became quite frustrated. Hard to order room service. Bar closes at 9 pm. Restaurant way overpriced ($55 for a small piece of salmon). Bottom line, this was our third stay here but we probably won’t come back.
