Un choix plutôt judicieux

Hôtel ne sont vraiment pas à mon goût , mais ça ça reste subjectif. La chambre tout à fait correcte et très propre.
Très propre , personnel ok serviable .
Pas mal d’options café et restaurants très proches à pied , notamment Farmacy juste en face qui propose des produits frais , style coffee shop un peu branché . Plus loin NTucci (quelque chose comme ça ) plutôt pas mal si on veut la ger italien . C’est assez chic pour le coin et très correct . Flying star aussi pour le petit dej (pas testé mais apparemment très connu) .
Bien se renseigner avant pour éviter de partir à l’est de l’hôtel car ça craint .

Hôtel hors de l’ordinaire! Décoration impressionnante.
Par contre, c’est bruyant car la rue en face est très passante.
Ce que nous avons moins aimé, l’air climatisé était super bruyante , il faisait très chaud dans la chambre donc on en avait besoin. Nous avons très mal dormi car nous avons le sommeil léger.
À recommander pour le décor peu commun à la réception et dans la chambre.

Creative vibe but wouldn't return

Here is what would keep us from returning: Staying in room 247 with an early morning flight and the Music/bass blasting while we are trying to sleep. Contacted front desk, said they would have them turn it down, didn't happen. Traffic noise - if we had more time I would have moved rooms. Safety - felt a bit uneasy with the yelling going on outside when we were loading up to leave at 4 this morning.

Technicolor fever dream - good, not great
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOverall for a 3-star place the hotel delivers as expected, with a few extras that may or may not be to your liking. The location is convenient to Nob Hill, but is located directly on Central and all the color that avenue brings. Front desk personnel are friendly, but it seems that the hotel in general is still working out a few kinks (asked for minimal amenities that should have been in-room already but they never appeared, “speakeasy” is going through a revamp, stated web prices for things were different onsite, and pool area could use a touch more attention), but all-in-all a solid (and boutique, local owned) option that delivers more character than the chain options in town. Room was large, and all the basic amenities were present as expected - however, the entire hotel and rooms seem like a quick-flip of a travelodge or motel 6 (furnishings varied from thoughtful to cheaply installed), and wear is already starting to show. Hoping that the owners put a little more love into maintenance (and security - for instance, not putting room numbers on the publicly displayed parking pass for your car) to perfect the “experience,” which is really what they are aiming for. Last bit - be warned that during peak times the costs rival those of 4/5-star hotels in NYC or SFO - temper your expectations, and know that you’re paying for availability, not star-ratings, or the amenities those properties offer.

Zazz is zazz!

Hip location, trendy vibe, comfortable bed & accommodations. The staff was outstanding & we really enjoyed the speakeasy bar! Thank you, Fidele & Frank!!!
The waterfall shower head was clogged up but other than that it was 10/10.

Hotel Zazz - AWESOME

We loved the stay and wished it had been planned for a longer one.
The property decor is amazing, comfortable bed, linens and pillows. Detail for the rooms is spot on!
