Great customer service. The shower looked like it had some black mold in it which was kind of scary.

There was a blower motor or machine with a bearing going out that roared all night. we didn't get much sleep.

Clean the carpet cleaner
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI had trouble falling asleep because the smell of the carpet powder was so strong. It made me feel grossed out & wonder what it was covering up.
The hotel staff was super nice. And the room was otherwise mostly clean.
