We had 17 stay here, ages 1 to 70, and was not crowded. Very clean and the host responded very quickly to our questions.

NM State Fair visit

Exactly what we needed

We had 10 people stay there for three days and hosted a get together with 25 people one night. The house was just fine and the bunk beds, even for adults in their 30's and 40's, was quite comfortable. Good experience.

Weekend Getaway

The place was great for our group. We utilized the pool and large space. The pool was excellent. The house was exactly like the posting. The house is a little bit older but still an excellent place to stay. We had a small issue with the pool and hot tub but the property manager Alicia was excellent at addressing the issue and fixing it promptly. I would recommend this place for any large group gatherings.

Family fun house

Lovely, fun older home close to museums and hiking. Kids loved all the activities in the house, pets enjoyed the yard, and adults soaked in the view. And friendly management. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Cheer State

The property was just as described. Plenty of room for big family/multiple families. Indoor pool was a hit with everyone. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great house

Great house for a large group. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub was enjoyed by all. The house does need a few updates in order to be called luxury. But all in all everything was good.

Good location

Good location for what we were in Albuquerque for. House is older and needs some upkeep but overall we had a good time

Perfect friend reunion

Came to ABQ for a friends wedding and a handful of couples all stayed together at this house. Great view. Fun pool. Comfy beds (though the bunk room is a lil tight for grown adults to sleep in comfortably).
