staff and visit from food court, sports bar, and show were great! don't understand why you can't bring a bottle water i bought in food court to see the show, all purchased at casino grounds!

Spent the night on our 4 day drive to AZ
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsBooked a reservation at this hotel because it appeared to have good reviews/ratings and was listed a very decent rate, but truly didn't know what to expect...ESPECIALLY after the hotels my son and I stayed at the previous 2 nights turned out to not be the best. But the hotel room, the hotel itself AND the staff at the front desk surpassed what I could have even hoped for! Stewart (Stuart?) at the front desk in particular went out of his way to do anything he could to make our stay even better especially after I told him that we had been traveling for 3 days and had another 7 hours of driving the next day. He told me that although he couldn't say with 100% certainty that we would be able to have a late checkout, he told me to call down to the front desk in the morning when he'd be working again & that he would most likely be able to make that happen, which he did and my son and I were able to sleep in late and leave out to hit the road again at 1pm instead of 11am. That made all the difference in the world and made the 7 more hours of driving MUCH easier! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms at a very reasonable price & wonderful customer service!

AC did not work well in the room. Very noisy all night, so not good for light sleepers and there were police in the parking lot for multiple hours of the night...investigating cars.
