First impression the outside overhang must have been ran into and broken plaster hanging off. Bathroom fan noisy and then stopped working after 15 min. Stained upholstered chair. Bed off the platform rocked when sit on. Almost fell on floor. In dining area , hot water spicket broken. No orange juice. Basically, depressing room & place

Property was not clean. Check in staff had no recommendations for restaurants. Room was not clean.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, but the property is really run down and in need of repairs and a major face lift to bring the hotel to the current standards we customers expect with a major hotel name.

Rundown property with a good location and ok price

Friendly but a bit disappointing stay
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe swimming pool was unavailable- which was very disappointing!! The ceiling fan was very dusty!! The maid did a good job of cleaning our room while we were out. Front desk girls were friendly but had only info about 1 shuttle to balloon fiesta which was $75 per person!! I found out from other patrons that I could purchase a shuttle ticket from balloon fiesta.com and pay $25 for entrance fee and shuttle!! Your front office should have that info to share with patrons during such a big event in town and the reason many of their patrons are there!

Staff is wonderful. Property needs some care, rooms are very basic, and need to be refurbished.
Grounds and parking lot need some cleaning and care.

balloon fiesta
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay overall was good, the rooms and accomodations were not that great. it was my first time in NM and I was unfamiliar with the area. I was in town for balloon fiesta this hotel was very close the the fiesta park, but not that comfortable and a bit run down.
