Nothing is clean and so much is broken.
The most scandalous thing we encountered after our four day visit was that the rooms were never cleaned for the entire duration of our stay. Our trash bins were overflowing by the time we left.
Breakfast didn’t even have the bare minimum. One waffle iron, but batter quickly ran out. The juice dispenser was hardly refilled. The cereal dispensers were broken and you had to scoop out cereal from the top with your hands.
The staff was unfriendly and never acknowledged us. Upon arrival the person working grilled me on where I got my US passport and I had to give the exact address of the US Embassy in Paris. He was so rude, I told him if my passport was an issue we could look elsewhere for accommodation. I wish we had.
In our room the heating/cooling unit was broken and we couldn’t turn it off (see pictures).
The hallway was disgusting with stains on the walls, broken plugs, and holes. The best part was probably the fire extinguisher case that was broken and someone had put a bottle of alcohol next to it.
Also, the parking lot seemed to be a meet up/drop off point for shady characters. Lots of waiting around in cars with other cars leaving after just a minute or two throughout the night.
Choice Hotels needs to shut this place down, and Hotels.com should cut ties with it.

Property is outdated. The walls in our room were stained

Loved this place, but my only concern was that there was a suspicious frame mirror that was really bolted into the wall, like it was flush against the wall, and you all know the finger test (no gap, equals get out) cause it could be a 2 way mirror but I just put a blanket over it. I could be paranoid but I enjoyed my stay overall.
