This hotel was exactly what you would expect it to be, cleanliness wise: not great. But the service was great and the people were kind.

Close to airport but Horrible place to stay. Electrical outlets did not have cover plates. The phone was not plugged in so just a prop which had absolutely NO indication as to how to call the front desk. I had to put the shoes back open and walk over to the office to address a sink which filled up once water was running and drained very slowly. Desk staff had NO remedy. We connected the land line phone to telephone wire but who knows if it really works at all. I asked for a 3:15 AM wake up call TWICE. Never did get one. There is some sort of hole in the celling in the shower/tub area. There was a refrigerator in the room but it was not plugged in either. There was no outlet to plug it into unless you unplugged the coffee maker and that outlet was not a GFI wall plug. I don't this conforms to code. As to breakfast, this place did not even have Black tea available, just old green tea packages. Have breakfast somewhere with edible food. Find another place to stay. Not this place.

Property was full of VERY “unsavory” clientele on the property, the first room the assigned us was under construction or something, the second room the assigned was filthy, carpets were stained and don’t look to have been changed in years, there was something in the sink that looked like foam such as drain cleaner that foams up, there was some type of mold or something under the sink that my service dog immediately started licking (hoping it doesn’t make her sick). We immediately went back to the office at this point to cancel our reservation and find somewhere that was clean and safe to rest.

It was close to the Elks Lodge. AND also, clean.

Property is in need of updating. Front desk staff helpful. Cleaning staff does not attend to the room during the stay. Breakfast is basic.

Defective door lock. We were locked out for over an hour, with our clothes and meds locked inside. This had recurred over several days; you'd think they would have fixed it. Also toilet nastily clogged.

No Maintenance - Just Decay

They are just letting this place decay. Many things in the hotel are broken. In our room you had to reach into the tank to pull the chain to flush the toilet. One lamp flashed and sputtered. 3 light bulbs were missing. We told them about all of these and nothing was fixed in the 4 days we were there. We did not get any housekeeping service because they didn't have enough people. Breakfast was okay with waffles.
