Fan on AC was struggling but room stayed cool

An airport shuttle is advertised which is why we booked. It wasn't until we got there that we found out it did not run early in the morning. We were told to leave out keys in the room and then almost got locked out; fortunately, I left the door open so we could go back for the key. Don't stay here if you need a 24/7 shuttle.
