Terrible hotel. I booked 3 rooms and a friend booked another. The floor was filthy and after talking my shower and walking in the room my feet were black. The shower was moldy. Beds were uncomfortable. The light in the stairwell was not working and using the stairwell was unsafe at night. The smoke detector cover was missing. The towels were like shop garage towels. One of rooms had bugs in the bed and had to change rooms. Another room the cammode overflowed. The working refrig was the best part of the room.

This place was terrible. Heavy stale cigarette smoke, so bad that our clothes and belongings absorbed the smell and lingered for days. We saw cockroaches. Our bed was missing the top sheet. Bathroom floor was filthy under the sink vanity.

The room smelled and was dirty. No hot water in the shower. Furniture was broken and dirty

Descent area, dirty rooms,smelly,roaches,come to find out they house homeless and kicked them out for the balloon festival and jacked up the price,you get what you pay for

Okay. I read the reviews and was expecting worse. Around Balloon Fiesta everything was $500 and up. This was $159. My expectations were not high. It was not sparkling clean, there cigarette butts all over outside, no comforter, and it looked like many people lived there. However, the heat, air conditioner, tv, shower all worked. Staff was friendly. I was told the neighborhood was nice during the day, but not to roam around at night. Talked to a nice man with a gun strapped on him, but, whatever, I’m from Arizona where that’s not uncommon. Would I stay again? Maybe if I really wanted to go and there was nothing available under $300.
