The hotel was better than I had expected. It was clean, and the layout as well as furnishing was superb.

Easy access. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good price. Restaurant options very limited. Breakfast area/display could have been much more appealing. And no micro in room, very inconvenient. Market items very overpriced. Not likely to revisit.

We appreciate your feedback, Sue. We do have microwaves available upon request. We also have one in the breakfast area for guests to use at their convenience. We do realize our breakfast options are limited - this is why we do not advertise a breakfast. We do offer complimentary grab and go items for our guests convenience at no charge.

Great parking. Never stayed here before but seemed safe. Wished there had been restaurants closer.

We appreciate your feedback, Sue. Next time you are here, you will have to try the Cantina at the Crowne Plaza- they are open Sunday-Thursday 4pm-10pm, and Friday and Saturday 4pm-11pm, and is easily accessible through our courtyard.

My husband, mom and I were at the Querque because of the Albuquerque balloon festival. We had to leave super early in the morning and thought the free continental breakfast would be a no go, but the staff was sweet enough to have a bagged continental breakfast ready for all the guests and balloon crews that had to leave the hotel before the 7am breakfast time!

Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and safe. The only thing is they allow dogs which I don't mind but when they are barking late at night and you can't get any sleep.
