Booked because it stated pet friendly. Checked in with our dog, no one said anything. We got our keys to room we stepped out with our dog, receptionist even spoke to our dog. Upon checkout another receptionist tells us off, apparently the room we got given wasnt pet friendly How eete we to know. We got charged an additio al $40. DISAPPOINTING

Staff were lovely, room was clean and comfortable and the area was nice and quiet overnight. Great to be able to have the dog stay with us but would have been nice to have a larger area for the dog to walk

Check in ok. Cobwebs on ceiling. Couldn’t park outside room. Smelled of cigarettes, both in the room and outside. The curtains don’t close so there is no privacy. I had to use a pillow to keep them together. The bed was comfortable.

The staff member was fabulous when the wotif website had booked us a room which didn’t exist. He was very helpful and sorted things out quickly. The hotel itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
