Easy access to comfortable family room with very comfortable beds. Restaurant meals were excellent and waitstaff very friendly and helpful.
Overall great value for money

Needs maintenance. Dining promised but unavailable because of noisy over subscribed party. No one at reception mostly...had to telephone. No check out accounting.

Thank you for your honest review Barbara. We are sorry to hear you feel this way. The corporate function was far from a party and not the reason for dinign being available. This was not available due to a internal emergency in which we feel we made the right decision at the time for the well being of our staff.The reception is manned until 9pm, this may not always be a physical presence as staff attend guest needs furing their shift, however, phone contact to the staff member on duty is availavle and this is clearly noted at the check in desk.We will take your feedback to better future situations that may occur and we are apologetic for the way you were left feeling about your stay.We do hope you do return one day to give us an opportunity to earn back your trust and also hope you travelled safely to your next destination.

Property we felt was tired looking and not as pictured. Shower screen not closing, toilet seat loose, etc.
Linen etc was clean though and beds comfortable.
Property overall at rear building we stayed in looked very tired and I was thankful it was only one night and not a week.

We appreciate the time you have taken to post this review of your stay Penny, however we are disappointed to see this online after direct and prompt correspondence with Management regarding the apparent issues during your stay.Our investigation found the issues you reported, to be fully operational when tested numerous times and we are truly apologetic that this honest answer was not accepted nor the possibility of user error explored. The room has also been occupied since your departure with both reported issues being used without any issues.
