Thats a shame to read, did you happen to head to Reception at all and let them know? We would have happily have moved you to another room'Mattresses are such a personalised thing, if you had have let us know, and what you thought was wrong with them, we could perhaps fix it

Oh June, what a shame you've had to leave thisAfter you called and asked for an accessible room, I moved you, to a room that I felt would be better suited to your needs.When you called me, I explained to you that the view was from the Restaurant, which is the truth, we don't advertise water views on any of our rooms, because I have had to deal with this complaint beforeThe Rooms have been renovated in the last 4 years, so I'll disagree that they are rundown

The bed was too hard and uncomfortable, the heater / aircon was way to noisy

Enjoyed my stay the resort was nice but I wouldn’t stay in the motel room again was very noisy all night would stay in a cabin instead

Hi Tracey, Thanks for your feedback, Sorry to hear that you felt it was noisey, was this due to the people that were around for the weekend, or other types of noise?Our managers phone number is posted around the Resort, should it be guest related and we can then go and tell other guests to be a bit more quiet, but if no one lets us know at the time, we can't do anything about it three days laterWe hope to see you again
