Great discovery
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe spent around 2 weeks in Villa Palme and we must say that the experience was incredible. The villa is stunning , warm and make you feel you are at home. The outside is as well fantastic and especially the outdoor kitchen where we spent most of our time enjoying the Sicilian summer and the pool. The Villa is close to markets, the city center of Alcamo as well as the beaches which is very convenient as you do not have to drive several miles to find a supermarket. Not to mention as well the owners & Valeria who really help us a lot during our stay with several propositions to discover the beauty of the region (Wine testing, Cooking Diner, .... ) which really made our stay even better. We would definitly would like to come back !!

Giovanni et Antonella sont tout à fait charmants sans parler de leur équipe familiale. Nous conseillons sincèrement cette villa.

Brigitte et sa belle famille ont passé 3 semaines à la Villa Palme et ça a passé si vite pour nous, car c'était un groupe fantastique.
Ils ont utilisé la villa comme si c'était leur maison.
Vraiment merci à Brigitte et à tous ses proches.
J'espère vous accueillir à nouveau à la Villa Palme à l'avenir.

magnifique villa, bien agencée autour de la piscine
Publié le 14 sept. 2017 sur HomeAwayDans la villa Palme, la vie s'organise au bord de la piscine : la cuisine et la salle à manger sont ouvertes sur la terrasse arborée et la piscine. Nos petits enfants passaient leur temps entre celle-ci et les canapés.
Equipement très complet, (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, large grill, chaises longues...), linge de maison fourni, literie de qualité.
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont disponibles pour toute demande ou remarque. Ils nous ont fourni des bouées et animaux gonflables pour agrémenter nos bains.
Seule ombre au tableau, qui n'affecte pas la note de 5 étoiles : l'isolation phonique du cabanon devrait être améliorée. En effet, la nuit, le bruit de la circulation dans la rue adjacente est assez élevé .

You have been great guests and respectful of the Villa.
The Wood Bedroom has its charm for the interior features of Sicilian origin.
It is immersed in the green between the Bamboo and the Florentine Augustea flowers, but is closer to the road than the other Bedrooms. We are sorry if you hear a bit of traffic, in return this is the room that guests ask us for more, for its beauty!
We are pleased that that little traffic noise did not affect the 5 stars you gave Villa Palme. This confirms that Villa Palme is fully 5 Star, as are all the reviews we have to date.

La chambre à bois a son charme pour les caractéristiques intérieures d'origine sicilienne.
Il est plongé dans le vert entre les fleurs Bambou et Florentine Augustea, mais est plus près de la route que les autres Chambres. Nous sommes désolés si vous entendez un peu de trafic, en retour, c'est la pièce que les clients nous demandent pour plus, pour sa beauté!
Nous sommes heureux que ce petit bruit de trafic n'affecte pas les 5 étoiles que vous avez données à Villa Palme. Cela confirme que Villa Palme est entièrement 5 étoiles, tout comme tous les commentaires que nous avons à ce jour.

I am sorry to have to clarify the truth of things in the answer.
First of all, the room was used the whole time, so this is not true, because we intervened immediately to solve the problem in 1 hour, when they told us that in the corner of the room in the garden water was dripping from the roof in the corner of the room, this happened because a storm of wind and rain moved some tiles and with many leaves blocked the water drainage from the drainpipe.
When my wife and I immediately went to the place while it was raining I climbed onto the roof and solved the problem.
My wife dried the little water that had entered, but a smell of humidity created by the water had been created, but we perfumed the room and solved the problem.
About the room that has access from another room, the guest did not specify that first of all it is explained in the description of the villa that two rooms have a connecting door, but they also have an independent access from the patio, so if the guest does not like the connecting door, just lock it and use the independent doors to enter and exit.
So the first complaint was an event caused by very bad weather, but that was immediately resolved and the second complaint is non-existent, because there are independent accesses and it is an option written in the description of the ad.

Fabulous Property!
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayVilla Palme is a magnificent property. It was both comfortable and well appointed, as well as being beautiful and spacious. We spent most of our time in the outdoor kitchen and pool area, but the interior of the villa was warm and inviting as well. Everything you could possibly want, you will find here. Giovanni and Antonella are wonderful hosts who communicated promptly and thoroughly every step of the way. The location is very convenient to the Palermo airport, as well as many sites in the western part of the island. Our family of 10 absolutely loved staying here!

We loved every minute of it and enjoyed it immensely. The family/owners are delightful, and so easy to work with. We are praying that we will be able to go back. Truly one of the best rentals… Great space; well stocked, very clean, so comfortable… Outdoor kitchen space was perfect! Chef Liliana cooked for us one evening… All was so perfect, it made me cry. Blessed beyond measure! TY xo

Stunning house in Alcamo
Publié le 15 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for a family holiday for 5 couples. The home was extremely spacious with a very large pool! The best thing was the huge covered outdoor area-kitchen/diner and living space right by the pool which was where we spent most of our time. The owners were very helpful with providing eg taxi firms and restaurant recommendations. We also had one meal cooked for us by Liliana - a local chef the owners know- which was excellent! A car is essential to get anywhere. The nearest pretty seaside town is a few miles away, but many interesting places are within an hour’s drive-if you can be bothered to leave the villa!!

The communication with Giovanni and his family was great!
Very good location. We used this villa as a starting point for towns and cities within a 1-3 hour range including Arigento (Valley of the Temples), Trapani, Corelone, Palermo, and others.
Hope to return soon.
