The property was old, outdated, and had poor Wi-Fi. If you only need a place to sleep, this is your place. Breakfast consisted only of cereal.

We are currently extending our WiFi reach and remodeling individual rooms. Our Breakfast not only consists of cereal, we also offer waffles, fruit, toast, juice, mini cinnamon rolls, coffee and a variety of condiments. Thank you for your review!

Smoke smell came thru vents and doors from other floors. And my door lock stopped working so once closed you could open it without the key card from the outside.

This hotel is in terrible hygienic conditions, there are cockroaches everywhere, stains on the linen and the smell throughout the hotel is unbearable. It will be ready for demolition at any time. I tried to get my money back and they didn't, they have no cancellation policy.

We weren't notified of these complaints during your stay and would have corrected it immediately had we been made aware. Also, we do offer free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival however there is a fee to cancel after that time. Please notify front desk of any complaints or issues you may have immediately so that we can provide you with the satisfactory stay that you deserve!
