Room was clean, but had oder that could not be tolerated. Had an allergic reaction. $100 deposit required returned within five days not acceptable

Dirty bedsheets
Posted Aug. 5, 2024 on HotelsThe first night of the stay of the stay, the bedsheets were not clean. Hair was found in both beds amongst crumbs or droppings at the foot of the bed inside the sheets.
The complimentary breakfast is not good. Stale muffins, over cooked corned beef hash, and a limited choices.
The best thing there is the front desk and maintenance staff. They were friendly and courteous.
I'm not sure how this place is rated a 9/10 on hotels.com site.

I always like to use this property when I'm in the area. Staff is super friendly, you get a good price,breakfast and a clean room.
