Surprises . Bad ones.

Expected to find bathtub, as seen in the illustration. Found shower instead. They told me no rooms then available with tubs. Then the issue of hot water. There wasn't any until I complained and the got the boiler going. Then later realized they charged my card directly to the hotel although already paid hotels com The manager, after I called them on this, said it was an error and putting it back on my card. I'll be keeping an eye on that.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for several years. It does look like it needs some maintenance done to it And some updating. Also, if you’re gonna let dogs stay in rooms, maybe confined those with dogs to certain rooms I can smell that there was a pet in the room before.
