I’m so disappointed in renting this fealty apartment first day I arrived the apartment was so dirty dusty , no human can leave in this place my son found number 2 at the toilet and all the beds was not clean and we found blood on the pillows in my first day I did contact the host to till him and I did asked to send someone to clean no one came and of course I can’t stay in place like that I was coming from 12 3 hours trip and I went the supermarket to buy cleaning supplies and I did clean all the bathrooms and I bought bed covers and pillows to sleep I was covered with my coat all the staying because the covers at the apartment was so dirty and dusty my son got sick from staying there and the kitchen supplies was so dirty and old
The health department must be involved in this case because no human can stay at this place I did pay a lot of money to get a good place to stay but all that I found is an abandoned house me and my son staying on our vacation time at Alexandria I wish no one got deceived like me in this apartment and don’t got deceived about the pictures it posts at the advertising you will get a huge garbage dump to stay in I lost my money and my vacation but I don’t want anybody else to goes through what I went through

No honesty as I booked the flat and just one day before check in the host told me there is a flood.

I have not stayed there and this cost me time and effort and money as the host did not refund me the whole amount but partial refund although it is not my mistakes. I asked the website to repay me £178 which was deducted from money.

It wasn’t my fault. It happened on 2 days only before her arrival to start on Nov 28th. I live in NY & my representative over their got me another similar 4 Br apt to let the gusts stay in it. But they refused. Then I did refund all my payout money to her before even sent to me from Vrbo. I did apologize for her. Now she’s asking Vrbo to return their fees too. Hope you can do that. Let me know
