The gentleman at the front desk upon my arrival my very nice and welcoming! However, I was given a room facing a wall and next to the exercise room. The tv wouldn’t work said no signal so I’m just sitting listening to someone run on the treadmill in the room next to me! That was annoying! Hotel doesn’t seem to be too busy why give me a room in between the exercise room and all the way at the end next to the stairwell? Also the seal at the bottom of the door is coming off so I see everyone’s feet as they approach the better rooms across the hall. Will not be staying here again, a little concerning why this room in a big hotel that’s not full. Also took 45 for someone to answer the front desk phone which I was calling from my cellphone as well as the room phone and no one would answer to let them know the tv is not working. I guess I should be lucky the tv now works after someone came to figure it out!

Great hotel with a beautiful lobby and clean, updated rooms. Very quiet area of King Street. Trolley and Dash bus pick up right in front of hotel. Great happy hour drinks and food. Staff was courteous. Would stay here again.

The property itself is beautiful and convenient, especially for taking the train/metro. The area around it is very walkable and has so many options for dining and shopping. The best part about this hotel that will definitely make us stay here again were the friendly people who worked there!! They were kind, helpful and made you feel like you you were home at the hotel! Can't wait to stay again! (The rooms are very clean!)

Overall everything was nice. The only thing I would give a 1 is the pillows they were very soft & placing 2 together didn’t give much head support, Didn’t contact desk because ready for sleep.

The staff was AMAZING! We had to purchase a humidifier because the air was very dry. There was a dog in the room by to us that barked and growled all hours. There were also kids on our floor that were unsupervised often. We truly did not sleep good at all, which is frustrating for the price of this hotel. The valet service was great. Overall we will not be back. There are different hotels in this area that do not have these issues. These are not staff issues, they are corporate decisions that can be easily mitigated.
