Very helpful and courteous staff; property was clean and good amenities.

We had a room on the 4th floor and the air did not work.it was extremely hot.Also the staff when I first checked in was extremely short of words with me.He definitely wasn’t the friendliest

This hotel has limited air-conditioning. The rooms do not stay cool and it got really hot on the 4th floor. Meal tickets are like a school ground, im an adult not a child. Then this place take $100 dollars and doesnt give it back for a week or 2. I have atayed here beforw and it has never been this bad. Never again will i come here, i will pay more for the hampton next door.

All of the incidentals, fees, and other charges are clearly stated on each of the websites, but we will be instructing our agents to inform guests again at check in of these fees as well as the time frame in which it will be returned.

The staff both night audit and morning front desk employee wasn't very courteous nasty attitude.
