Room keys were a problem for us and numerous other guests. Everyone kept having to get the room keys reset. We had to get it done at least 4 times during our 2 day stay.

Thank you for your feedback, John. Our key system is not like the ones where you wave the key in front of the keypad, with ours you have to place the key up against the keypad. Front desk was amazing. Hotel accommodations were excellent. I will be back.

As soon as I stepped in the room fleas jumped on me. The receptionist at the front desk changed my room and sent maintenance to check the room out.
