Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. As a host, I believe I did the best I can do to make you happy and satisfied. You have arrived two hours earlier than the check in time and I allowed you to check in early free of charge. I was with you on the phone for about 30 minutes guiding you step by step with the check in process until I made sure you are safely checked in. I didn’t receive any text messages from you until the midnight complaining about the air conditioning. I explained to you that all three AC units in the condo are brand new and they all working. I also informed you that the cooling/ heating system is controlled by the management. And at the time of your visit, the heat was on because the temperature was mostly 30s degrees which is considered cold and most people put the heat on. I understand you came from a very cold area and 30 degrees seems hot to you which is out of my control. I gave you options to turn off the heat, use the fans, or opened the windows or do all of them together if you feel it’s hot for you. If you chose to just opened the windows, that’s completely up to you. You have also mentioned the drain in the bathroom is not draining. I asked you if you want me to send a plumber during your stay or you want me to wait until you check out since you will be checking out the following day and I didn’t wanted to bother you. You chose to send the plumber during your stay. I called the emergency plumber service to come and check the drainage for you and fix it. When the plumber was on site, you decided not to let him in and you asked for a refund. When the plumber came in after you checked out, he found the drainage works just fine and there was no issues. All other issues you mentioned in this review, you didn’t mention it to us up front. The windows in the condo is from wall to wall and the condo is very bright. We have at least two lamps in each bedroom and none of the light bulbs are burnt out as we always check on them. There are also many lamps in the living room and two wide balcony doors bringing so much light into the condo. Regarding the toilet paper holder, there is a standing toilet paper holder where we put the toilet paper. It’s right next to the toilet. Sorry again that we didn’t meet your expectations.
