Excellent property very clean and new. Beach is amazing. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The only thing is the room service sometimes can take too long. Other than that everything is great we will definitely be back.

I did not expect that this hotel would deceive tourists who visit the coast for the first time. I was deceived and psychologically shocked by the hotel. I booked a room and when I arrived I was surprised that the room was in another building belonging to the hotels and not the main building that they put in the pictures.. A miserable building that does not suggest that it is five stars, consisting only of two floors, and they did not explain in detail that this room is in another miserable building isolated from the main hotel, and the treatment is very bad because they know about this trick and did not do anything to me. The employee only said that we wrote that the room is for adults and did not apologize for anything. I am very sorry to find this treatment from a high-end hotel that is supposed to take care of the customer and wants to gain his affection for other times. If this hotel was in European areas, the treatment would have been much better, but the disappointment is with the Arabs who hit each other with this vengeful treatment.. This is the biggest prank I have taken in my life.. I suffer from depression and when I booked the hotel I wanted to relieve myself, but I became more depressed

Disappointed

Despite several visits to the concierge for assistance with restaurant bookings and recommendations for places to visit, I received no meaningful help. Each time I raised a complaint, I was assured that improvements would be made, but no action was taken.
The disappointment extended beyond the concierge services. The housekeeping services were equally frustrating. I had to request basic amenities multiple times before receiving them, if at all. This lack of attention to guest needs and repeated neglect is unacceptable for a hotel of your standard.
Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of effective service, constant empty promises, and poor housekeeping have left me with no other choice but to express my concerns. Given my experience, I do not believe it is worth staying at your hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
I hope you will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same issues.
