Super convenient and big house for family holiday
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThree families stayed here for Thanksgiving. The family we were visiting lives a very short commute. The house was big and the host brought in some extra items for our cooking needs which was so kind. The house is very well located to convenient shopping and within 15 minutes of Mount Vernon which is where we visited. Thank you!

Spacious house, convenient location

The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient for exploring the area, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for an Uber. Communication with the owner is very good. Would recommend this property.

Graduation week
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayTerrific location, just around the corner from the high school and the house of our family with the graduate could’ve accommodated more People, we had five total… But life gets in the way and not everyone can make it. Will plan to stay here again for nephews graduation in 2026.

Nice house with plenty of room

Caution for young families
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you are a family with young children, I would do your research on this location before booking. Owners communicated well. Photos of the inside were accurate. The 3 stars is my personal overall feeling of safety regarding this location.

Dear Current, returning and future guest, I would like to assure you all that my property is very safe and centrally located in a very safe neighborhood: therefore, there is no caution needed and no worries for any families or guests who decides to stay. I wish Scott has given me a chance to address any concerns he had; however, it was his choice not to stay in my property.
Please note that our property has smart locks unique to each guest and we did this on purpose since our guests safety is our outmost priority. In addition, we have a beautiful gated backyard where your kids enjoy and feel safe to play. At anytime, you are not feeling safe, happy or any kind of issues I am just call away.
I wish Scott had understood my genuine interest and care for providing great service and welcoming environment to my guests including himself and his family. I hope my future guests understand the fact that it is hard to address any issues if you are not given the chance to correct them, if there were any concerns.
My previous, retuning, and future guests, If this review gives you pause please do not hesitate to reach out to me since your safety, happiness and comfort is very important to me, and I will do everything in my power to make your visit a pleasant one and aim to earn your five star review.

Great Family Getaway
Publié le 24 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayNice house in a great location. It was a few miles to the Huntington Metro station. There was a parking garage at the station which was so convenient. We purchased weekly unlimited metro passes and went into DC daily.
