ALSO, THE LANDSCAPING, POOLS AND TERRACING IS STUNNING. THERE ARE A LOT OF STEPS TO THE OCEAN, BUT THEY ALSO HAVE A LIFT IF YOU NEED IT. FUN BEACH AND TRAIL THAT TAKES YOU INTO ALGORROBO FOR RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING AND YOU CAN EVEN BUY FISH RIGHT OFF THE BOAT. THE UNIT IS A COZY 2BR AND I STAYED THERE A MONTH...SO, IT HAS WHAT YOU NEED.

Mark is an amazing guest who truly values and respects others' spaces. It's so heartwarming to know that he left the apartment in great condition and I am looking forward to having him back. What a joy to have such kind and thoughtful guests staying in my apartment.

Not worth the money for this apartment.
Publié le 30 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe view was beautiful. The rest of the apartment is in bad repair and not very clean. When you get there report any damage to the unit immediately. You will get charged.

Sharon was not a very communicative guest. I had to send several messages and emails to get her to respond. She never respected the house rules and left the apartment in very bad shape, very dirty with stains on the carpet, food smeared on the windows and on the floor, she broke the toilet lid, and never reported the damage. After her arrival, she said that everything was ok and clean in the apartment, however, she gave me 1 star for cleaning. The apartment was recently renovated with new painted walls, new upholstery, and new pillows for the terrace chairs. It was only after I charged the extra cleaning from her security deposit that she left a bad review.
I sent her a detailed document with all the apartment and complex rules, with suggestions to visit around Algarrobo and eat out. I was on top of everything, trying to share with her the rules and other matters, yet she was never thankful or responsive.

We stayed for three nights in this beautiful quaint place.

I can not say enough about how well Carlos kept in touch with us to ensure everything was okay. Carlos was also very helpful in assisting us with logistical information for the area. Tom from Canada

Tom was a fabulous guest, he was very friendly, and communicated all his concerns in a timely manner. He left the apartment in excellent conditions and I enjoyed interacting with him. I hope to have him back soon.

It had a gorgeous view of the sea and forest. Peaceful, a beautiful place to stay.
The owner kept in touch the whole time there for any other thing that we need it.
