Le personnel est très gentil. Les lits sont très inconfortables et c’est très bruyant dans ce coin.

Dear Maryse, thank you for your feedback. We are very happy that the staff was welcoming and accommodating. However, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the beds. We always let our clients know, at check-in time, that our reception works 24hrs and to call, even during the night, were available for whatever reason is, also because our night auditor does several rounds throughout the night to control the noise. We do our maximum effort to control our guests, and unfortunately those who pass on the road, we cannot do anything. Best regards, Soldoiro

Nous sommes demeurés précédemment au même hôtel plus tôt. C'était bien malgré le plancher sale. Encore le même problème de plancher sale à l'arrivée. Aussi, pas de tire--bouchon, ni de bol à salade, ni de support sèche -linge, ce que nous avions eu la fois précédente. Nous avons signalé le tout a la réception, mais rien n'a été fait. Heureusement, nous pouvions emprunter le tire-bouchon du bar pour 2 minutes, le trmps d'ouvrir notre bouteille. Heureusement, ce n'était pas cher, alors un bon rapport qualité-prix tout de même. En passant, Expedia aurait intérêt a m'envoyer une demande d'évaluation en français, car je vais me tanner...Ça fait quelques fois....

Appartement basique, très traditionnel et pas très moderne. Mais amplement suffisant, cuisine équipée, tv, climatisation. Le TOP : la balcon avec vue sur la mer, où l’on peut admirer le coucher du soleil. La localisation est parfaite : 2 min a pieds de la plage et de ses restaurants vue mer, et 5 min de The Strip, pour les bars et restaurants.

L'emplacement est parfait, la résidence est très calme -mois de février- le personnel est très aimable et efficace. Ce qui ne va pas c'est l'équipement de la cuisine pas un couteau qui coupe pas d'égouttoir à pates ni de verre à vin. La WIFI est hiératique
