Great family holiday
Posted Sep. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved this duplex apartment - plenty of space for a family of 5. Well equipped. Great communication from the owner. Really nice development with secure underground parking. The pool was really nice - lagoon entry at one end with a little separate shallow toddler splash pool. We never had any trouble finding free loungers - nice relaxed feel. Well maintained gardens. Close to lots of restaurants and a short drive to a range of beaches. Quiet - never had any issues with noise. We would come again. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect apartment
Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HomeAwayThe apartment was perfect for our needs. My 19 year old used the top floor room which provided her own space whilst my 13 year old was in the room next to us.
The bedrooms had comfortable beds, air con and plenty of wardrobe space.
The main area was spacious, we ate lunch on the balcony and the kitchen was well equipped.
We always found 4 sun beds when at the pool and the pool itself caters for young children as well as adults in terms of depth.
We hired a small car as the taxi from the airport was only 59 Euro for the round trip and we only needed a run around for shopping. There are two supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the apartment, Pingo Doce and Lidl.
Vilamoura marina can be reached within ten minutes and we used Uber a lot in the evenings as it is so cheap, around 6 Euro a trip to the marina.
There are a choice of beaches and they are only about ten to fifteen minutes in the car.
We had a couple of minor questions for Sandra whilst away which she always responded to quickly. Sandra also has a detailed information booklet available and the welcome package was a nice touch.
We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of renting it.

Short break
Posted Aug. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property was in a good location. The owner was very helpful and kept in touch. The wifi was a bit hit and miss, but it wasn't a problem. We were there for a holiday. I had the upper bedroom which was quite an unusual shape. More towels would of been nice. But overall it was a good place to stay

Thanks very much for your feedback. I came to know that the ironing board in the cupboard where the internet box is, was actually causing a lot of disruptions in the wifi signals so it was moved out. Thanks for staying with us.

Great place
Posted Aug. 16, 2023 on HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay for a family and Sebastiaan was such a help even prior to arrival and helping us with car rental recommendations and a seamless check in, despite it being 11pm.
There was a lovely welcome basket from the owner Sandra which was a lovely touch.
Our eldest loved having the separate living space upstairs that allowed him some privacy. Having the 3 bathrooms was a godsend too with two daughters too!
The pool is well kept and tidy and we always managed to get a sun bed even though it’s peak season.
The accommodation had everything we needed for a lovely break and we ate breakfast and lunch there daily and went out in the evenings. It was spacious and welcoming.
You definitely benefit having a car as it’s slightly far to walk places but my son easily arranged Ubers to the marina and things.
Would definitely return.

A lovely week spent at this apartment. It was exactly what we wanted and lived up to our expectations. Thanks to the owner and the host Sebastiaan for providing for everything we needed. Hopefully we'll stay again!
