Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayNous y avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très complète, spacieuse, tout y était. Merci à Joanna et son équipe pour leur disponibilité et pour répondre aux besoins. En revanche, des rideaux occultants seraient les bienvenus.
Nous recommandons cette magnifique maison.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus. An Sauberkeit und Ausstattung liess das Haus keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt.

Good and not so good
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Villa itself is in a very good position and should have everything needed to have a great holiday.
Unfortunately the air con which was much needed due to the wonderful weather wasn’t working in 2 of 3 bedrooms. It didn’t look as though had been working for some time as the units look very old and the remote controls were corroded in battery departments. Maintenance tried to get to work but couldn’t during our stay.
There are some specific instructions to use the washing machine to enable the use of spin cycle at end but after several attempts we couldn’t get it to work.
A couple of other issues we had were rectified by maintenance.
There are some great restaurants in Budens (O’Tiagos) and plenty in Salema which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
We would definitely return but would likely choose another property.

Firstly Martin can I apologise again for the aircon units breaking down , this was totally unforeseen as I was there myself just 2 weeks prior to you , and all was fine. Unfortunately the engineers had to wait for a part so they weren’t repaired as promptly as both you and I would have liked.
With regards to the washing machine, again it was working when I was there and has worked for 2 more consecutive sets of guests after you. It does have an unusual end of wash cycle.
I am disappointed that you won’t choose to stay in our Villa again, especially as I do act promptly to resolve any issues my guests have.

Great house
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe’d an amazing time at Jo’s house. Everything a family of five would need. House is big & great swimming pool. Quiet area but lovely restaurants nearby. Definitely will be looking to book it again next year.

Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayExcellent property! Villa is lovely and spacious in a great resort. Very clean throughout and the pool is great fun for all. Jo was extremely helpful and informative before and during our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our 7 days and will definitely be back one day!

Lovely Villa

Beautiful villa

It’s very well maintained & had everything we needed for a 2 week summer holiday, and very helpful host. Worth paying extra for heating the beautiful pool & recommend hire car to see around this beautiful area of Algarve

We had stayed at the resort and knew the local area fairly well.
The views over the golf course and sun all day in the south-facing pool area were superb.
