Highly recommend staying here in Lagos. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of delicious food. We had access to a large private balcony which also had a set of beach lounging chairs. The room was spacious and the bathroom had an excellent shower. Truly the best hotel experience.

Hotel is charming older inn style but in amazing condition. Staff are very helpful and friendly. All speak English well. Breakfast is amazing. Nice pool with comfortable deck lounge chairs. Beach towels are provided. Short walk to downtown where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Lots of stairs to get down to the beach though. Warning; while Portugal is a beautiful country, it’s very hilly and so you need to have good mobility and able to climb lots of hills and stairs.

Nice hotel. Located close to beaches and restaurants. Lots of choices for breakfast.

We originally booked a city view room but the one we were given was on the main road and we were warned about the 3am dustbin collections and were even supplied with earplugs! Luckily they were more than accommodating when we asked about changing rooms. The new pool view room was like a breath of fresh air compared to the first. Breakfast was amazing and had so many options it was difficult to choose so just have some of everything :-)
Although the pool area was quite small we always managed to get a sunbed. The water is not heated but is still warmer than the sea!
Finally, a big thank you to the girls on reception for rescuing our holiday and looking after us.

We were in 6 cities during our trip and this was hands down our favourite hotel. It was so quaint but still updated and renovated. The balconies were beautiful and each had their own clothing rack to dry bathing suits and clothes. The pool was perfection. I would for sure stay again!
