Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely property, well located everything needed for a great holiday, cafes, resturants, beach all walkable. 2 little trains to take you further afield, no need to hire a car unless you want to visit other town's. Property had everything needed well equipped kitchen, lovely big fluffy towels.

Superb accommodation

Excellent accommodations, amazing views
Publié le 27 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was wonderful, Paula was a gracious hostess. As this was early spring she should have told us how to turn up the heat in the unit and how get the hot water to work in the bathroom sink the shower worked fine but not for the sink.
Other than that everything was great.

Thank you for your comments. I know you have enjoyed my apartment, that has been renovated this year and it's fantastic views. I'm very glad to know it as my goal is to offer my guests a great holiday.
About the heat, upon the check-in I informed you how the air conditioning worked. In Portugal we use it both to heat and to cool. Now it's programmed to heat. It's a question of turning it on. Maybe you didn't realize that.
The hot water should come both to the sink and to the shower as they are side by side and they come from the same boiler.Next time please let me know and I'll go there and explain it to you. I'm looking forward to seeing you and your wife in the near future. Regards Paula

Beautiful Alvor

Excellent Apartment Excellent location
Publié le 9 oct. 2019 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment with fantastic views from our balcony. The location is also excellent with just a short 2 min walk up hill to the centre of Alvor.
Thanks also goes to Paula who made herself available should we have needed anything during our stay and made us feel very welcome on arrival.

Beautiful relaxing Alvor
Publié le 22 juin 2019 sur HomeAwayI honestly can't find fault with this one bedroom first floor apartment. Paula was lovely and very helpful. Place was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and lovely dark bedroom at night. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of space. Sunbeds numbered at pool so you could go down whenever you wanted. Amazing views from balcony. Second bathroom was great. WiFi and a good selection of tv channels meant we could catch an English film and news no problem. A short walk took me to the local market every morning to get fresh bread and fruit. You swiped in and out of a security gate. Grounds lovely. Alvor beach, nature reserve and village where beautiful. I will be back.

It was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday,having 2 bathrooms was a bonus and the pillows on the bed are the comfiest I’ve slept on,Paula was a delight to deal with from the deposit being paid in the UK,explanation of using the appliances in the apartment to the damage refund after we returned home.
I spent my 40th birthday here and I’m so glad I didn’t stay anywhere else.
