Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed here before and the house is beautiful and perfect location however this time the house was not cleaned pool area was dirty and pool gave the children rashes they have never had it before. The house needs a proper clean as it’s booked all year. Nothing to do with villa but vilamoura needs tidying up

We sincerely apologize for the cleaning and pool issues you experienced during your stay. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we understand how these concerns could impact your holiday.
As you may recall, after you contacted our manager in the Algarve, we immediately sent a pool technician the following day to inspect and clean the pool area. The technician conducted thorough tests on the water, and fortunately, nothing unusual was detected. However, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused, and we have reinforced the cleaning procedures to prevent this from happening again.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we truly want all of our guests to have the best experience possible. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide the flawless stay you deserve.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStunning villa laid out over 3 floors to an excellent standard. The pool and outside areas were also super clean and has everything we required. The property manager dealt with a minor repair quickly & efficiently. There were 11 of us, 3 generations. Just a €5 5 min Uber took us to the marina, but we often enjoyed the walk. Just perfect!
