Staff was really friendly and helpful… Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. If you have a room on the ground floor, especially room number one, it is as if you were sleeping outside…. I would go back but on a different floor

Perfect for a quick stop over. Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely use this hotel again.

The property is a comfortable walking distance to both the bus and train stations, and only 10 minutes to the marina. The hotel was clean and well decorated, and the bed was comfortable.
The service was generally okay with the young lady in reception and the young lady in the breakfast room both being very friendly. Others, whilst polite, were did not go out of their way to be helpful.
The room was small, which was expected, but the mirror was inside the wardrobe and the room was so small you couldn’t fully open the door to use it. There was also no storage space in the bathroom, so toiletries had to be propped up around the sink.
The main issue was with the smell in the hotel, there was a constant smell of sewage coming up in the bathroom. I reported it on the first day and they send a cleaner in, which just masked the smell for a few hours, but it came back again the next morning. I’m not sure if this is an issue throughout the hotel, but it was very unpleasant in room 8.
