Great villa in a beautiful location

The Villa could do with a bit of TLC with new bedding, towels and outdoor furniture. lounge chairs guests can take to the pool would be a big advantage. Overall great stay

To start with, It is up for sale, it looks like the owner has not bothered to keep it in good repair.
I have been renting villas in Spain for over twenty years, and never come across a villa as much in need of repairs than this one.
The furniture on the terrace is old, some of the cushions were thread bare, one cushion was covered in what looks like cat hair, when the walls were painted some spilt on the tiles, not a big problem, it is when whoever did the painting did not bother to clean it off. The lock on the main door main door to the terrace was broken, the only was to secure it when going out, was drop the blind. the lock on the front door was difficult to lock and open, but it still worked.
The light on the terrace was hanging by its power wire and not secured to the ceiling, other lights did not have glass covers, fittings around the villa were broken
Inside the main room, wood flooring had been laid, it was peeling in some areas, and in the upstairs bedroom.
VERBO only allow 1500 words for a review. that is not enough to describe the sorry state of this villa. I will see how for I can get until I run out of character. Hole in bathroom ceiling, no plugs in the sinks/basins, only two drinking mugs, one cup, just lots of little things which should have been taken care of.
For the price paid, it was nowhere near the standard I have had with other rentals. I would not recommend this villa. 7 left

Zeer slecht meubilair
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayHet huis staat te koop met de aantekening dat er een en ander opgeknapt dient te worden. Dat was ook wel duidelijk.
De vloer had slechte plekken, een paar ramen konden slecht op slot, de tuin zag er niet uit, voordeur verveloos, aan de buitenkant werd het huis gewit waar rond de kozijnen nog tape zat en een verfemmer in de tuin. De afscheiding rond het balkon hing kapot aan een paar draadjes te bungelen.
Het meubilair was heel slecht, dat als je ermee naar de kringloop zou gaan dat ze het niet zouden aannemen. Alleen de eethoek was vrij nieuw, alleen stond het oude buiten op het terras waardoor je nauwelijks je kont kon keren want er stond nog een tuintafel met 4 stoelen met kapotte kussens. Op het solarium stonden 2 zonnebedjes die doorgezakt waren en dus onbruikbaar en er stonden 2 houten oude eetkamerstoelen en een tafeltje zonder blad. De buurman was een luidruchtige Engelsman en bij andere buren werd ''s ochtends om 8 uur luidruchtig een muurtje gesloopt. .
Bovendien moesten we de sleutel 7 km verderop bij de zoon ophalen en weer inleveren.
Al met al een niet zo fijn verblijf voor veel geld.

Lovely villa!

The only thing we could suggest is a few lightweight fold up sun loungers/chairs to use at the pool be provided. Location was excellent for both pool and commercial centre. Petur was very helpful and friendly.

A Fantastic villa and host!
Publié le 8 août 2023 sur HomeAwayA beautiful villa in the lovely La Finca golf area. Spacious, clean and fully equipped for everything anyone would need, including fast WIFI, TV and washing machine.
Lovely communal pool in a beautiful area.
We absolutely loved our stay!

Excellent Family Villa with great access to communal pool
Publié le 10 août 2017 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others, the villa was clean and well represented throughout. Access to UK TV channels / movies really helped to settle the children into their new environment. The surrounding are very pleasant and ideally suited to families, a car is a must if you want to visit the beach 20 mins away. The communal pool was a 2 minute walk and great for relaxing with the children. Easy access to local stores and restaurants 10 min walk. Many Thanks to our host.
