No Parking and trying to mint money!

1) No hotel owned parking, they will take you to a roadside parking which is away from the hotel and on the road , so you will not be able to access your vehicle and one might wonder how safe is their vehicle.
2) on extending your checking out time by 1 hour they might charge you with Rs. 1000. But if you combine them they might discount you.
3)On check out the hotel receptionist tried to charge us with 12% extra taxes which was unnecessary. When we enquired and investigated she just let it go and billed us without that 12% . She was bluffing and try to mint money.
3) lotssss of mosquitoes.
Overall rooms were okay with small kitchen platform, but faced problems due to parking and we understood they were trying to loot people and mint money their guest expense .

1. We had to ask for towels,
2. There was no wifi,
3. There was no refrigerator or coffee/tea kettle,
4. Inspite of that, you couldn't even provide us ice,
5. Room was stinking as we entered,
6. We had to ask for mosquito repellent, that was not there in the room
7. We waited for Morning breakfast for almost an hour.
8. Toiletry Kit????
If we are paying more than 5k for 1 night, we expect all such things.
When you charge so much it is YOUR responsibility to provide service accordingly.
Sorry to say, but Nearby cottages provide 5star service.
Since you felt we are irresponsible,
But you guys were highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
