Appartamento centrale alle spalle della chiesa di San Nicola a due passi dal mare e da tutti i punti di interesse.unica pecca nei fine settimana si sente la musica dei vicini fino a tarda notte.Host gentile e disponibile.

Fantastic location

Just be warned it can be noisy late at night with music from surrounding bars and the flats above. But it is a central location and therefore to be expected. Moises was a good host and we had great communication.

Great location, good for a group
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property is in a wonderful location, just behind the Cathedral. Easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach.
Moises is excellent with communications and very responsive. Having 2 bathrooms is very useful, particularly as it was a group of friends staying.
The apartment is well-equipped and spacious enough to not feel on top of each other all the time.
Do be aware that it can get very noisy, owing to bars etc in the same area. One night it seemed as if someone was flamenco dancing right above us! Pack earplugs.
A couple of little maintenance issues are needed - such as replacing the iron (cord was too frayed for me to consider safe to use) and the hook/cradle for the shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced, as had to hold shower head at all times which is awkward when trying to wash.
Aside from those minor issues, we had a lovely time there and do recommend.

No air conditioning. Apartment is supplied with large fans.
Very clean.

lol you give me a bad review because you know i would, it's outrageous.
Guests who come on vacation to get high to get out of the house throw a mess of beer bottles, marijuana and get high.

Loud and dark
Publié le 9 janv. 2022 sur HomeAwayMoises did a great job checking me in, but our nights in the apartment were not great. Two nights had people ringing the bell or pounding on the door for nearly an hour, one night I came in the foyer to find a guy passed out on the floor, and another night someone in the building had a really loud party until the early morning. And a ton of bulbs were out so the apartment was quite dark. We left a day early.
