let me start by saying that this is my first time leaving a negative review, i never ever do this!. we were so disappointed getting to a wonderful place like Bimini to a house that has a lot of potential, very nice and in a great location but not in a rentable condition. the cabinets under the kitchen sink stinks, dirty, frypans are scratched and very old, no leads, no pots to cook with, we asked a neighbor for a soup pod to cook for the week, bathroom next to the kitchen smells terrible ( Clorox didn't work) covers for leaving room furniture are broken and covered with pillows, bathroom curtain with pink mold. overall very poor hygiene.

Villa 210 IS a nightmare! We were to check in at 4pm, arrived at the villa w/ the house keeper still cleaning, didn't finish till close to 4:45pm. I asked her for extra towels, we are a family of 6, and she gave me 2 towels and told me to get beach towel from the pool.
She leaves, says have the office call her if we need anything. At 6pm, we head to the beach, and NO towels are to be found. Not in any closet or cabinets. Found 4 shower towels, 2 stained hand towel, and 1 wash cloths in the dryer. Pool attendant was not at pool and office was closed. Dirty bed shirts that were not washed still in the washing machine. And NO washing machine soap. After night 1, we wake up to the smoke alarm battery going off every few mins. indicating low battery. With breakfast to be made, I go to cook and soon find the dishwasher filled w/ dirty dishes and w/ no dishwasher soap. Go to call the front office, phone doesn't work-no dial tone.
Head to the office to speak to the lovely lady that assisted us with getting the keys to the villa. She takes notes and says that she was going to let the owner know and call the house keeper to assist. Nothing came out of it. We go and buy dishwasher soap, and washing machine soap to get thru and then the dishwasher starts foaming bubbles during the wash mode. Head to the front office, the lovely lady laughs and says she'll let the owner know and will continue to try contact the house keeper. NOTHING got resolved for my 3 nights there. RUN! Horrible!

Dear guest villa 210 is not a hotel with its own full time staff and and daily housekeeping as a one would assume from an hotel, it’s a personal vacation rental. We provide - minimum of 6 towels for a maximum of 6 guest and the house comes complete with the basic amenities you need for your vacation. If their is anything specific that is not including or would like extra it can be purchased through the grocery store in the marina village.

The location is perfect, a very short walk to the pool and beach. The house is cute and serves the purpose but unfortunately we spent 3 nights without hot water. On the second night they had to come fix the AC that was not cooling. There was barely any water pressure and the kitchen sink was clogged.

Hi Alexanda, Were glad you loved the home and location. As mentioned bimini the island and the resort at times has water pressure issues which intern sometimes affects the tankless water heater from cycling on. Hopefully the resort will have this issue cleared up soon as they are upgrading the pipes to du construction at the resort
