What better way to vacation than to have the availability of a wonderful home in paradise situated in the heart of the resort. This modern and upgraded 1140 square foot single family home and 2 story tree house sleeps 6. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extended living area. The first floor living area includes a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room table, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a front porch. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a kid friendly full-sized bunk bed and queen bed, full bathroom, and 2 covered balconies with magnificent garden views. Decorated with pure elegance, this 2 story tree house features central air conditioning, free WiFi, 2 small wall mounted, flat screen SMART TV’s in each bedroom (no cable access), and 1 large sized SMART TV with cable access in the living area. The full-kitchen is complete with cutlery and tableware, porcelain- stove top and granite countertops, refrigerator and microwave. Other amenities include coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron and ironing board, linens, and stackable washer / dryer.

Tree House 24000 is located at the Resorts World Bimini Marina and Casino in North Bimini Bahamas. This property is ideally and literally steps away from the Resorts World Casino, Hilton Hotel, Sabor Fine Dining Restaurant and Sabor Pool area, the Mega Yacht Marina, Fisherman’s Village Marina and shops. Bernie was very accommodating. The villa was amazing, the location was amazing, all items described in the listing were there and operable. The villa was very clean and plenty of living area. We were in Bimini on private vessel and came into some extreme weather, Bernie was able to work with us on an extension and handled us with care all the while he was in the extreme weather working on staying safe himself. Bernie checked in on our safety even once we arrived back home. 10 stars on this villa and host. We will be renting from Bernie again. Thank you, Bernie.

Great place to stay arriving on private vessel.
First time to Bimini and this rental worked out great! It was an easy golf cart ride to the marina each day to take the boat out. We relaxed at the pool while the bartender cooked our catch of the day. House came equipped with everything we needed and Bernie was very responsive with any questions we had. Over all a amazing trip and we can't wait to come back.

Overall was an amazing experience, good place to stay, super close to Marina, the second store bathroom or tub did not flushed so. Had to use the plunge to unclog whatever was inside the tub pipe. Very nasty see things floating and not see the water run smooth through the pipe.

Bimini weekend at Bimini Bay
Bernie was very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. The house was clean and the washer dryer was a plus. The boat slip was in a very central place and close by the house. Only a golf cart away. Highly recommend!

This villa was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everyone within the resort was very friendly and helpful. The host, Bernie, was very helpful and answered any questions that I had prior to our arrival. The boat dock that came with the rental at Fisherman's Village was a nice touch since we came by private vessel. Just remember to check into the marina if you arrive by private vessel so they can have a credit card on file for any electric or water usage. We rented a golf cart (A Must!) from Sue & Joy's to travel on the island. Thank you, Bernie, for your hospitality.

Unit was clean and conveniently located near the infinity pool and casino. Slip included was also in a good location in the marina. Bernie was super helpful and pleasant during all communications. We also rented a golf cart that made getting around the property very easy.
