Very modern with an ambiance of serenity. The location is perfect to get away from the noise. There is ample surrounding green spaces.

The check-in process itself was less than desired. The clerk could not complete the check- in process for us or several other customers. Then wrote the wrong room number on our keys which meant another trip to the front desk to resolve that issue.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner and stay at the Hyatt Place in Allentown. The staff was very nice, also accomodated a late check out, will return soon.
